A few reasons:

• We can only print content you personally posted (not tagged photos or friend uploads). • The photo may be outside your selected date range. • Sometimes, Facebook doesn’t provide 100% of your data due to privacy settings or API issues.

How can I add photos to my book?

Your book includes all content available within the selected date range. To add a photo:

• For Facebook books: upload the photo to Facebook and set the correct date. • For Instagram books: upload the photo to your Instagram feed (must be a Business or Creator account). Make sure the time range includes the new photo. • For Dropbox: upload the images and select them in the editor.

Why are there duplicate pictures in my book?

If photos appear more than once in your book, it’s likely because they’re duplicated in your original social media source — we retrieve everything, but we can’t automatically filter out duplicates for you.

Facebook often places the same photo in multiple albums (like “Profile Pictures,” “Cover Photos,” and “Mobile Uploads”).

To remove duplicates before ordering: • Use the Edit Content button to uncheck specific photos • Remove full albums if needed • Or delete duplicates directly from Facebook before creating your book

Question 6

My discount code isn’t working — what should I do?

Accepted Answer

If a discount shows on the website but disappears at checkout, it’s usually one of these:

The promotion expired (offers and codes have end dates).
Your browser is showing an old cached banner/price that’s no longer active.
The code is single-use (or already used) or has limitations. What to try:

Open checkout in a Private/Incognito window and try again.
Remove and re-enter the code carefully.
