Add to Cart button not working
We’re currently aware of an issue where clicking Add to Cart may not respond (nothing happens).
Our technical team is actively investigating and working on a fix.
What you can try in the meantime
• Refresh the page and try again
• Try a different browser (Chrome / Safari / Firefox)
• Open a private/incognito window and try again
• Clear your browser cache/cookies
• Disable ad-blockers or browser extensions temporarily
• Try from another device (mobile/desktop) or another network
Important
If the cart doesn’t update, your item was likely not added. You won’t be charged unless you successfully reach checkout and complete payment.
If the issue continues after trying the steps above, please contact our support team at help@mysocialbook.com and include:
• A screenshot (or screen recording) of what happens when you click Add to Cart
• Your device + browser version
• The page you were on (link, if possible)
