My discount code isn’t working — what should I do?
If a discount shows on the website but disappears at checkout, it’s usually one of these:
- The promotion expired (offers and codes have end dates).
- Your browser is showing an old cached banner/price that’s no longer active.
- The code is single-use (or already used) or has limitations.
What to try:
- Open checkout in a Private/Incognito window and try again.
- Remove and re-enter the code carefully.
- If the code still won’t apply, email [help@mysocialbook.com]() with a screenshot of what you see, and we’ll help check what’s going on.
