Why are some pictures missing from my book?

A few reasons:

• We can only print content you personally posted (not tagged photos or friend uploads).

• The photo may be outside your selected date range.

• Sometimes, Facebook doesn’t provide 100% of your data due to privacy settings or API issues.

If you’re missing something important, email help@mysocialbook.com with a screenshot of the missing post on your Social Media account— we’ll look into it.
