• How do I remove your app from my Facebook account?

  Visit your Facebook app settings, find My Social Book, and click Remove. ⚠️ If you’ve placed an order, we recommend waiting until your book is delivered — we need ongoing access in case a reprint is needed.Few readers

• Can you include videos in the book?

  Yes — in a clever way! We add a QR code next to your video posts. When scanned with a phone or tablet, it opens the video online at the original source (as long as it's still available and you have the necessary access permissions).Few readers

• What content will be printed in my book?

  Your book prints the content you created/posted (based on your selected date range and source). Captions you wrote can be included (depending on book type/settings). Other people’s comments are not printed, for privacy reasons. If you want a photo-only style, choose a photo-based option (like a My Social Book Album) where text can be minimized. • Can I save my project and come back later?

  Yes. Make sure you're logged into your account. When you're done editing, click Add to Cart to save it. Your book will stay in your basket for a few days so you can continue later. Just go back to your basket and click Edit on the cart page to resume editing. If you're trying to access a book that you've already ordered, you’ll usually find it under your Orders (and you can reorder, or add it to your basket, and then edit it from there). • How long will my PDF book be available for download?

  Once your order is complete, your PDF book will remain available for download for 1 month. After that period, the download link will expire, and you’ll need to place a new order if you wish to access the file again. • Can I delete my Social Media account or content after ordering?

  Please wait until your book is delivered before deleting your Facebook/Instagram content or account. In rare cases, we may need access again to reprint your book (e.g. if it arrives damaged).   We temporarily store your content on secure servers to calculate the price, create your preview, and print your book. We never sell or use your data for other purposes, and it's deleted shortly after your order. • Why can’t I select dates before 2008?

  Facebook structured data differently before 2008, making layout and formatting inconsistent. To ensure a beautiful book, we support content from 2008 onward.Few readers

• Why are there small photos in my book?

  If you upload multiple photos at once, Facebook groups them into a post. We include both: large images for each photo and a small thumbnail of the post itself (with captions or descriptions). That’s why you may see smaller duplicate images — to preserve all your text.Few readers

If you want to include personal photos, the best workaround is to upload them to Dropbox first (then build your book from Dropbox), or create a Square Book (this kind of book allows you to upload photos directly).Few readers

• How many years can I include in one book?

  You can go back as far as 2008, but each book is limited to 500 pages. If you have many posts, you may need to create separate volumes for different years. You can adjust the time range during creation to manage page count.Few readers

• Will "Only Me" posts be printed?

  Yes — even posts marked “Only Me” on Facebook will be included in your book. It’s a great way to print private memories just for you.Few readers

• Can you print my friends’ comments or posts?

  Due to Facebook's privacy rules, we can only print content that you personally posted. That means we can’t include friends’ comments, posts on your timeline, tagged photos, or anything shared by others.Few readers

• How big is the book?
